Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for $500M+ corporate portfolio
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and KPIs tracking operational efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A valuation due diligence and integration planning
- Present financial insights to executive committee and board members quarterly
- Optimize capital allocation strategies and treasury operations
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain robust internal controls framework
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate finance or public accounting (Big 4 preferred)
- CPA or MBA with finance concentration required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record of driving financial strategy in automotive/manufacturing sector
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with 10+ stakeholders
