Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and forecasting for corporate strategic initiatives
- Develop variance analysis reports and KPI dashboards for executive leadership
- Coordinate annual budgeting cycles across 12 business units with $10B+ revenue
- Drive M&A due diligence and integration financial planning
- Optimize capital allocation through ROI analysis and scenario modeling
- Mentor junior analysts while implementing process improvements in FP&A workflows
- Present financial insights to C-suite and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting required, MBA/CMA/CPA preferred
- 8+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI/Tableau
- Experience with energy/utility sector financial operations
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership initiatives
- Strong quantitative modeling and scenario planning expertise
