Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budget forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting to executive leadership
- Analyze operational performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive cost optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A activities due diligence and integration
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel automation
- Present financial findings to senior leadership through compelling executive dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and data visualization tools
- SAP or Oracle ERP system implementation/support experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- CPA or CMA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders
