Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and variance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and create quarterly rolling forecasts.
- Develop and present complex financial models to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce executive summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
