Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support executive decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and industry benchmarks to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Lead or participate in internal and external audits to ensure financial transparency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or CPA designation is a significant plus.
