Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide strategic plans aligned with board-level objectives

- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals across business units
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 15+ years in corporate strategy, finance, or management consulting
- Proven track record leading multi-million dollar transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Illinois-based professional network preferred
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
