Responsibilities

- Create detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional projects evaluating ROI and capital expenditure proposals
- Partner with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities using financial data analytics
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and data visualization
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work autonomously in a matrix organization
