Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive variance reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional projects evaluating capital expenditures and investment opportunities
- Streamline financial reporting processes using SAP and advanced Excel automation
- Present complex financial insights to C-suite executives and board committees
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and corporate governance standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred
- 7+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or aviation industry
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, SAP, and Excel Power Query
- Demonstrated experience with variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in financial planning (FP&A) or related field highly desirable
