Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Support M&A activities through due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Present financial findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in corporate finance or Big 4 environment
