Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting processes across 5+ departments
- Prepare board-level presentations with KPI dashboards and trend analysis
- Streamline financial reporting processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for M&A opportunities and market expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and BI tools (Power Tableau)
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills
- Experience with ERP implementation (SAP S/4HANA advantageous)
- Certification in FP&A or CMA highly desirable
