Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisions
- Analyze operational performance and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and variance analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI tracking for leadership
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and workflows
- Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- SAP or ERP system experience with strong reporting skills
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in corporate finance or public accounting
