Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead month-end close processes ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Present financial insights to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Manage cross-functional projects supporting M&A activities and expansion initiatives
- Automate financial workflows using advanced Excel and ERP systems
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system implementation experience required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex data
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
