Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to department heads
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across 5 business units
- Create executive dashboards translating complex data into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A due diligence and integration
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts and drive financial literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Tableau/Power BI
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
