Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close processes and deliver accurate, timely financial statements
- Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts and annual budgets
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration financial modeling
- Optimize working capital and implement cost-saving initiatives across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
