Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations
- Identify and implement process improvements in financial systems
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CMA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
