Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and forecasting for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop and present executive-level financial reports to C-suite stakeholders
- Analyze variance reports and recommend strategic cost optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A due diligence
- Implement and enhance financial systems and reporting processes
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in variance analysis
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries preferred
