- Prepare regulatory filings and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Mentor junior analysts to develop team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP/Oracle financial systems
- Expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and budgeting processes
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
