Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Analyze monthly/quarterly financial performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
- CMA, CPA, or CFA designation highly desirable
