- Lead process improvement projects to enhance financial reporting accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for executive leadership and board presentations
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with SOX compliance focus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions and international financial reporting standards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
