- Prepare comprehensive financial models and reports for executive leadership

- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop KPI dashboards and present financial insights to stakeholders
- Streamline financial workflows and implement process improvements
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional financial projects
- CPA or CFA certification a significant advantage
