Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Develop financial models for capital allocation and investment analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance metrics across business units
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects and special initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate finance experience in energy or industrial sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with SEC reporting and regulatory compliance
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
