Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide strategic decisions
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for leadership review
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support new business initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting frameworks
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools (Power Tableau)
- Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders
