Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities to translate financial data into business insights
