Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling and forecasting for $500M+ division
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable business insights
- Collaborate with department heads on budget optimization
- Develop KPI dashboards for executive leadership
- Streamline financial reporting processes using SAP
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for M&A initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and interns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency with Power BI/SAP skills
- CPA or CFA certification strongly preferred
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Proven ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and project management skills
