Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for portfolio valuation and investment analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling for M&A opportunities and capital projects
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Optimize financial processes using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or real estate
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau)
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
