Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Analyze financial performance metrics and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Develop executive-level financial models and variance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Automate financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
