Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead month-end close processes ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Prepare executive presentations translating complex financial data into strategic recommendations
- Drive process improvements using financial systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Manage compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CMA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into strategic business insights
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience in SaaS or technology industry highly desirable
