Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in variance analysis
