Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes for $500M+ corporate portfolio
- Analyze variance reports and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership team
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems using SAP and Power BI
- Coordinate cross-departmental audits and ensure SOX compliance across 15+ business units
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses supporting M&A activities and market expansion initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in financial analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- 7+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- SAP S/4HANA and Power BI certification or demonstrable expertise
- Proven track record in financial planning for multi-location operations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with $10M+ budgets
