Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver executive-ready reports highlighting trends and variances
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improvement initiatives through financial analysis
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation modeling
- Maintain compliance with SOX requirements and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification highly desirable
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation methodologies
