Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for C-suite executives
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple departments
- Create executive dashboards and KPI trackers for real-time performance monitoring
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with weekly payroll processing and financial systems integration
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
