Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close processes and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts and annual budgets
- Perform ad-hoc financial modeling for M&A opportunities and capital allocation
- Collaborate with department heads on strategic initiatives and KPI tracking
- Create executive-level dashboards and financial presentations for C-suite
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis in corporate or investment setting
- Advanced Excel skills with Power Query and VBA experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
