Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting across business units and regions
- Lead cross-functional projects evaluating capital expenditures, M&A opportunities, and market expansion strategies
- Present financial insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and board committees
- Optimize financial processes through automation and implementation of advanced analytics tools
- Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI/Tableau
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience communicating complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
