Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for board meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement budgeting processes
- Lead month-end closing activities and ensure SOX compliance
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex data
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Experience in financial services or tech industry preferred
- Proven track record of improving financial processes
