Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to drive strategic business decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for leadership team review
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
