Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for leadership team
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial insights
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
