Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, budgets, and forecasts aligned with corporate objectives
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline financial workflows and ensure compliance
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives
- Manage cross-functional projects supporting strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate finance or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial analysis software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Proven experience leading financial projects and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to executive stakeholders
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
