Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial performance metrics and identify trends to drive strategic business decisions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership
- Lead financial aspects of M&A activities and market expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with operations to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and support continuous development of finance capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial planning software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- CPA or CMA certification required
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts clearly
- Experience in technology or SaaS industries highly desirable
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional financial projects
