Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A due diligence and integration activities
- Present financial findings to stakeholders through executive dashboards and presentations
- Optimize financial processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate finance experience with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
