Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze variance reports and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to create annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and board reports
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and controls
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools (Power/Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification strongly preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sector a major plus
