Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial performance data and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and monitor performance against targets
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement process improvements
- Present financial findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling reports and presentations
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and BI platforms
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- CMA or CPA certification preferred
