Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for 5 business units
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with 98% accuracy
- Create executive dashboards using Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital allocation projects
- Ensure SOX compliance and implement internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts through structured training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- ERP system expertise (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong GAAP and SEC compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with financial modeling tools (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
