Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing activities with accurate reporting
- Evaluate capital expenditures and investment opportunities using ROI analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience in a publicly traded company or regulated industry
