Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and variance analyses for executive decision support
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor financial analysis
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives through executive dashboards
- Streamline financial reporting processes using ERP systems
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and regulatory compliance
- Drive process improvements in financial planning and analysis workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts
