Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close processes and variance analysis for $500M+ division
- Develop annual operating budgets and rolling forecasts using SAP and Oracle systems
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling for capital expenditures and M&A opportunities
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Mentor junior analysts and drive best practices in financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
