Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making
- Analyze monthly/quarterly performance variances and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
- Collaborate with FP&A team to optimize working capital management
- Prepare executive-level presentations and financial dashboards for C-suite
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- SAP or Oracle ERP system expertise
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CMA or CPA certification preferred
