Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close processes and variance analysis for key business units
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and annual budgets with 15%+ accuracy
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling for M&A opportunities and market expansion
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and board committees
- Mentor junior analysts through structured training programs
- Automate reporting workflows using Power BI and SAP S/4HANA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years in corporate finance with Big 4 or Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI visualization skills
- SAP S/4HANA and Hyperion implementation expertise
- Strong SEC reporting and SOX compliance knowledge
- Excellent presentation skills with executive-level experience
