Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and capital allocation
- Oversee month-end closing processes and ensure GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization initiatives
- Prepare executive dashboards and board-level financial presentations
- Manage SOX compliance testing and internal control documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in energy sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience managing SOX compliance processes
