Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and variance analyses for executive reporting
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across business units
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board committees
- Optimize cost structures and identify revenue enhancement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional project leadership
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
