Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Advanced Excel skills with macros and complex functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification (CFA, CPA) a significant advantage
